As a physical education teacher, we are constantly making adjustments to our units each year, trying to make them better and more engaging for students. The Open Physical Education Curriculum is a highly beneficial resource for physical education teachers. This resource gives educators who teach pre-K-12th grade access to age- and developmentally appropriate units and standards-based lessons. In addition, this resource has a YouTube channel where certain activities and skills are demonstrated, so you, as an educator, can better understand them.
